The pcb separator code 87-132 is made of a solid aluminium structure and is used to separate multiple circuits in a panel functioning as a support for the assembling and soldering processing.
The blade for cutting the parts restraining the printed circuit to the panel is appropriately designed in the form and the shearing angle to execute the separation processing without material rents.
Shearing scraps are dragged into the blade guiding die to be then driven through wastepipes outside the machine
The equipment maintenance is extremely easy: a rapid connection system allows to disconnect and reassemble the blade for executing the suitable cleaning operations.
